Teaching & Mentoring

2024: I will again be facilitating the theatre strand of the BCLT Literary Translation Summer School in July.

As well as being a translator myself, I love championing the field of translation and sharing practice, be it with seasoned colleagues, emerging translators, theatre practitioners, or more general audiences.

As Translator in Residence at the British Centre for Literary Translation, in collaboration with companies such as Foreign Affairs and Out of the Wings, or working individually, I designed and delivered or co-delivered workshops on the subject of theatre translation for other translators, non-translators, theatre professionals, students (from school age to graduate) and the general public.
